I never stop falling in love with you...

"You had me, I was yours
We danced out, on the floor
And with each passing day
I only love you more...."(Aslyn)

Tj got baptized

On May 25th, 2012 Tj was baptized here in Tonopah by my Daddy. It was such a testimony builder for me and such a neat thing to watch. I love him so much and I'm so glad that he took the lessons and gained a testimony of the gospel. That means we are one step closer to being sealed as a family for all time and eternity. The next Sacrament meeting, on the 27th he was confirmed a member of the church by Elder Bell. He gave him such a beautiful blessing. In the blessing he talked about us going to the temple to be sealed and it gave me the chills! The spirit was so strong and I know that it is so important for us to live righteously and be sealed!
Here are a few pictures from his baptism :)
 Love him!!!
 Elder Bell and Elder Sohkanen

haha we are only in our 20's...we're allowed to act cRaZy sometimes!
Aside from the spiritual part of the baptism...there were many funny memories!! First of all the Program. Tj was getting baptized (obviously) I was doing a special musical number (Teach me to walk in the light), and Tawni and nick were giving opening and closing prayers. Our names were written like this:
TJ Tadner
Shaunna Tadner
Nick Petroponie
Tonie Petroponie
Hahahaha!!!!! Ok seriously it was hilarious! Tj said "Petroponie" sounds like the name of a gas station! I think he's "write" lol

Apparently the water was freezing cold because both dad and Tj gasped when they stepped into the water! Also it was super shallow so after the baptismal prayer dad told Tj "go deep" and barely got him all the way under! haha never a dull moment...

Also at the baptism mom gave a talk on baptism and Trenton gave a wonderful talk on the gift of the Holy Ghost.

All in all it turned out wonderful, and I am so grateful for the gospel and all the blessings we recieve from it! :)

Doesn't Tawni have the neatest ideas?! :) Yay for SHOES!!
Dallynn wouldn't smile...I told him I'd give him 1$ he said no! I said 5$?? He said no! 59$ is what it would take for him to smile...I still haven't paid him...but at least we got the smile!!!
:.*.:Husband and wife:.*.:
The parents! I'm so lucky to have amazing in-laws and Tj is too! :)
LOL I love this!!! Good thing all 6 of my brothers love Tj

Time for our first dance! :) We danced to Clint black When I said I do. I love dancing with Tj...but I must admit it's pretty difficult to dance in a huge wedding dress!!
Daddy and I danced to Rascall Flatts My Wish. It was so nice....until we busted out the Chicken Dance and ended with Footloose!! Jessica Maley blended the three songs together and let me tell you it dang near made me pee my dress!!!! My dad has some MOVES even if it's only the Chicken Dance!! Hahaha.....and not to mention he thought it was HILARIOUS to only have one white sock on and lift up his pant legs for Footloose. What a tard! Lol I just love him!
Tj and his momma danced to Tim McGraw Better than I used to be, it was so sweet!
Our cake was BEAUTIFUL! Here are the pictures of us cutting it in chronological order.

Yep....he blindsided me with a cupcake. Seriously. What a nice husband right?! Oh man he's lucky I couldn't run in my dress..... haha! That's our relationship though, constantly laughing and having a good time! :)

Jessica Maley made the CUTEST shirts ever!!! After all the official festivities were done and over with, the bridal party changed into them :)

The wedding was so perfect. All of my brothers and sisters were there and that meant the world to me!!! I'm so glad Tj's parents got to come and I can't wait to fly to Mississippi to do our reception out there and meet the rest of his family! I wouldn't change a thing about that day and I'm so unbelievably blessed to have found Tj and become his wife!!!

And they lived HAPPILY ever after!

The KNOT was TIED!!!

May 19, 2012

What a perfect day it was. I can't even describe what it was like to say "I do" to Tj....actually I can, I was nervous and shaking and couldn't fathom the fact that I, a girl version of a Cassanova, was actually getting married!!!!! I never doubted marrying Tj not one time, but seriously, it was pretty scary! Looking out and seeing his handsome face at the end of the isle definitely made it easier on me though. He puts up with all my crap and still loves me at the end of the day...I'm not even exaggerating. The morning of the wedding I moaned and groaned about the Japanese lanterns I wanted hung in the tree's, bossed him around about how I wanted the lights strung, AND took so long getting ready the wedding started an HOUR late....and he still married me :) Honestly though he did a perfect job with the decorations!

Tawni Sue, Nick, Jessica, James, Sonya, Scott, Tandi, Shaylie, my mom and soooo many others helped decorate too! It turned out PERFECT!!

Prettiest wedding EVER right?!?!?!
Anyways~ Getting ready was crazy! I literally did my hair in about five minutes! It wasn't anything special but it worked :)
Mommy putting the flower in my hair
Trisha helping me tie my dress
The girls helping me out
Black 5" wedges.....so me!
I just LOVE this picture of Tommy helping Tj get ready. [insert "awwww" here]
The ceremony was beautiful.  The bridal party walked down the isle to Going to the Chapel by The Dixie Cups and Dad and I walked out to the instrumental version of Somewhere in Time (moms idea) it was beautiful! Kent married us and had such wonderful advice that he shared with us!! While I was placing the ring on Tj's finger my eyes filled up with tears....this was really it!!! I was saying my vows, devoting myself to him for the rest of our lives....then I began thinking "Oh I hope I'm doing this right....what if I drop the ring??! I guess somebody will grab it...geez pay attention!" Ha! Talk about your mind going a million miles a minute. After I repeated Kent and he asked if I take this man to be wed ( or whatever the saying is) I was thinking "Holy cow! This is where I say "I DO!!!!!" :) Thank Heavens TJ said it too....

That kiss, right there, sealed the deal! * LOVE*

After the kiss, we jammed back down the isle to We Will Rock You by Queen! :) It was basically the coolest ever!
